Not a new car, mind you, just two sets of wheels. Found a set of Comet style Land Rover 18” Disco wheels that General makes Grabber AT2’s for for a good deal and in Knoxville found a set of ST wheels that need tires and TPMS. Looks like I can get rid of these shit quality Kumhos I currently have. <——-holy run-on sentence batman. Bracing for “why yu no steelies???”

Yeh the 18’s suit the Disco. Also, those ST wheels are a steal at that price.

Hankook Ventus tires are really good. Have never left me disappointed.

Thanks, I presume you mean for the ST and not to keep using the ones on Disco?
Those would be sold ASAP and a new set of Grabber AT2’s would go on the 18s for the Disco

You could totally go Overland Adventurer and stuff those 255s onto the FoST....then you’d have two offroad vehicles.

I have Grabber AT2s on my cruiser. Pretty nice tire overall, and a lot cheaper than the duratracs.

I’m very happy with the Grabber AT2s on my Grand Cherokee.
Only downside is they’re a lot heavier than the Goodyear Fortera HLs that came on the Jeep when I bought it, and that I junked (a.k.a. sold on Craigslist) to get the AT2s. They knocked an extra 1-2 mpg off my average fuel economy.
But I can drive over all kinds of shit now!

I have them on my 16” wheels on my Disco right now, great tires have been in use since November 2012. But I want to go a little bigger and AT2’s have the least road noise and least “broey-ness”.

Agreed much better that the Wrangler AT’s i used to have, and even pretty decent sidewall ruggedness.

I'll give you that. They're more aggressive than the original KOs, but its not noticeable to non-enthusiasts.

Mine knocked that off too, but I also went up 2" in height, so that likely had a fair amount to do with it as well.
